   DESCRIPTION

an engine developed and produced according to MOTO3 world
championship racing regulation with innovative solutions and
avant garde technology designed and
planned for industrialisation processes.

the distribution system provides a double camshaft up front with
finger controlled rocker valve (with a diamond nitride DLC finish )
allowing for a drastic reduction in alternate motion masses and
obtaining a decidedly better performing valve lift from a
fluid dynamics point of view , compared to
a traditional short system.
for suction and discharge , titanium valves
( with a titanium nitride Tin finish )
have been used. Each valve works on seatsof sintered
material with a high copper content
so as to ensure better heat dissipation.

the piston is furnished with a double door structure and weighs just 160 g.A more indepth study of piston morphology has allowed for the achievement of a particularly compact piston-in fact , just 29.5 mm separate the squish plan from the end of the mantle.
