Robby Moto Engineering has decided to establish a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements expressed by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the following activities:
“Research, design, prototyping, experimental development and production and marketing of mechanical parts in the mobility field”
The Management considers the Quality Policy as the means to lead the company towards the continuous improvement of its performance. It forms an integral part of the general strategy of the company which aims at the economic profitability of the company and therefore its permanence on the market over time and is based on the following objectives:
  • Guarantee the complete satisfaction of the technical and safety requirements such as to provide the specific services and products requested and proposed;
  • Constantly monitor the degree of customer satisfaction in order to improve the perceived quality;
  • Guarantee a constant commitment to satisfy customer requests in terms of flexibility, punctuality and reliability;
  • Implement process monitoring, continuous improvement of the QMS and reduction of inefficiencies in the organizational and technical management of the company;
  • Promote the competence, awareness and participation of staff, keeping up to date with the technological evolution taking place in the sector;
  • Ensuring the health and satisfaction of the company's staff and creating a climate of constructive collaboration;
  • Evaluate suppliers in order to guarantee the quality of the products purchased and subsequently supplied to the Customer;
  • Manage infrastructures and equipment with preventive, regular and systematic maintenance, pursuing the aim of ensuring continuity and efficiency of the service;
Additional quality objectives will be defined on a quarterly basis during the review by the Management
The policy is therefore defined and approved by the General Management which ensures its compliance with the requirements of the reference standards, namely that:
  • It is appropriate for the purposes of the company and consistent with other company policies;
  • It is relevant to the company objectives;
  • Is adequate to the expectations and needs of customers and other interested parties;
  • Includes the commitment to comply with mandatory legislation and other requirements that the company has signed and applied;
  • Be available to interested parties;
  • Is periodically reviewed to ensure that it remains appropriate and consistent with the company.
 
In order to achieve these quality objectives, the Management undertakes to:
  • Activate, maintain and constantly improve a Quality System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard;
  • Periodically monitor the quality system through the preparation of internal audits, in order to assess compliance with it;
  • Ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood (by checking at the end of the meeting or during the internal audit) and applied to all company levels.
Robby Moto Engineering has determined which external and internal factors relevant to its aims and strategic directions influence its ability to achieve the expected results for its Quality Management System. This assessment is present in document M.4.1 Analysis of the context and of the interested parties and constitutes an input document in the Management Review.
This analysis leads to the consequent risk / opportunity assessment and the subsequent improvement plan.
